on april 11, 2022, the first quarter operation analysis meeting of tungsten molybdenum products division was held in the training room on the third floor of honglu home.minkey li, general manager of the company, fusheng peng, chief quality engineer, zhimin huang, general manager of the business department, tom, marketing director, and the heads of various departments and projects of the business department attended the meeting. the meeting invited functional departments such as finance department, human resources department, production and maintenance department, quality control department, customer service center and production management department to participate in operational analysis and improvement.
the conference is mainly divided into five sections: comprehensive budget management, total performance management, iam international advanced manufacturing, ipd integrated product development and functional platform bp analysis.

the head of each sales team analyzes the achievement of budget and strategic tasks, finds differences in the analysis, and formulates the next stage of work goals and plans.

zhou yan, performance supervisor of the human resources department, introduced the performance completion and performance communication of the products division in the first quarter.
after tu zhilong of the lean office and zhang yuling, the lean commissioner of the business department, analyzed the promotion of the lean work of the business department in the first quarter, sun yuanxin, manager of the first department of products, and lin qiang, manager of the second department of products, respectively analyzed the lean work carried out by the two departments in the first quarter. manager sun introduced the work done in quality improvement by using charts and data for different projects; manager lin detailed the plans, progress and key measures and completion times of the current key projects according to the smart principle, and at the same time, analyzed the improvement points within the department.
it is a set of product development models, concepts and methods. after liu wenting of the technical management department made a detailed introduction to the ipd, the technical departments of the first and second product departments and 3d product groups, ct rotating anode targets, molybdenum heads, molybdenum components of the new solder project quality management, technology development, project introduction, research and development progress and other modules were reported on the work. among them, from the formulation and morphology of raw materials to customer testing, zheng ailong made a detailed analysis of the progress of the ruthenium-free low-ruthenium solder development project, and proposed the next stage of work plan from the aspects of research and development and sales. mr. huang pointed out that it is necessary to explore problems by strengthening external communication, arouse thinking, and awaken action.
each functional department analyzed the overall operation, technical improvement, quality abnormal handling, customer complaint returns, etc. of the product division, analyzed and examined the operation of the product division in the first quarter from the dimension of "the third eye", and put forward key improvement and tracking projects.
the meeting also conducted on-site voting ranking of the comprehensive quality of the analysis of the team members participating in the analysis report, and awarded prizes to the top three lin qiang, zheng ailong and zhang yuling to encourage.
the problem point is the starting point and the focus of the work. as mr. peng pointed out in his review, the focus of operational analysis is to analyze rather than summarize, through the analysis to find out the goals, results, differences, causes and output improvement plans, find out the problems in order to better propose improvements.
